Delegation of the Kenyan Ministry of Education gets information about DAAD opportunities
In a roundtable discussion, the DAAD presented its individual programs (scholarships) and university cooperation programs. The aim was to make the DAAD’s funding options at universities and for partners in Kenya better known. The ministry pledged its support and was open to cooperative collaboration. The DAAD has a broad program portfolio and awards the most scholarships in Europe. The number of applicants has slightly decreased in the last years, also due to the COVID pandemic.
Both parties agreed to remain in regular exchange and to continue to send new calls and programme information to the ministry as a multiplier.
